Laredo Heat Fans,

Only eight teams out of the 67 PDL teams that started the campaign are left. This weekend, four teams will play in the Gateway City for the right to represent their region in the National Finals which will take place on August 9th. Below is a summary of this weekend’s game in Laredo.

We placed a very aggressive bid in order to introduce our city to these other teams, and now we are asking for your help in trying to sell as many tickets as possible for these games. We have put together some specials. A $20 VIP ticket will get you into all three games on the VIP side and an $8 General Admission ticket will do the same on the GA side. Here’s a little info about each video

1. Dj 2dopeDave promo video

2dopeDave wanted a video like da big time hollywood djs. He showed me a couple of club promos from LA & Miami and he said, “I want a video like that!!” I replied, “I’ll make you a better video!!” This video occurred during the first weeks when Karma opened its doors, so it was perfect advertising for them as well.

2. GlowWorm Entertainment & El Maguey Lounge

A teaser video we made to introduce J Money’s Glow Worm Ent. & the new EL Maguey Lounge. The concept we wanted was simple & straight forward to attract people to it’s first event held by Glow Worm Entertainment…which would be the following video.

3. El Maguey Bar & Lounge
This event held by Glow Worm Entertainment turned out to be a huge success. They did not expect to have the whole night packed, so much that by 12:30 the beer ran out! 0_o We also took some amazing photography as well.

4. Glow Worm Entertainment UPcoming Events!
Our strategy was to show the video during the Beatport Party @ El Maguey. We played this video on the big screens at 12Am and everyone went crazy when they heard who GlowWorm Entertainment & Cine De Laredo were going to bring this Aug! This video plays at every Glow Worm Ent. event.

5. Karma Lounge & Night Club Promo
Karma hired me to do an event coverage for the Fourth of July @ Karma. I got to meet Hollywood Dj Splyce, first thing he said to me, “I loved the 2DopeDave video” and then he gave me his contact info. I also meet da sexy Dj Mia and she gave me more than just her email yea she had the hots for me

6. El Maguey- Ben’s White party
El Maguey hired us to do photography & video for this special event….and yes even my camera was white for the occasion lol. With Ben’s birthday party in motion everyone knew that tonight was going to be a good night.

Last week Abel and I were lucky to be part of K&R wedding ceremony. Abel was in charge of capturing all the special moments in video and I was in charge of the photography. The wedding was at San Luis Rey Catholic Church, then the reception was at The Paseo Real in Laredo, Tx. After the mass we managed to stop by at a remote location to capture some relaxed portraits. Karla and Robert loved showed in all the pictures.

Iam still working on going through all the pictures but here is some that stood out.

Last week I got a call from Nayel, a local singer from Laredo. He wanted to get some pictures taken that will be used for their upcoming album.
Nayel and Lexiz are two young high school kids with alot of ambition. Both of them showed alot of maturity while we hanged out and did the photosession.
Their music is a mix of hip-hop and reagaeton.

was hired to take pictures at a club party last weekend. I was eager to go and shoot because I wanted to try a new technique I have been perfecting over the last few months. Well I am glad to say that I shot all night and came out with some amazing pictures!!
Anyways.. back to the ghost..

Finally, I got a chance to look over them today, and I came across one that has a ghost. It is the weirdest thing!!

Check it out and tell me what you all think. Maybe Iam just making paying too much attention to detail.

Whats even more weird is that the picture is of a dj named Ghost 2.2!
